Two names. Two shores. One standard.
A mid-size Long Island brokerage built on a simple rule: walk the block before you talk numbers.
The short version.
Jacko and Shore started in 2012 when a contractor-turned-agent and a Manhattan listing specialist decided Long Island deserved a brokerage that worked both shores instead of claiming to. Jack Caruso brought the basements-first instinct. Dana Shore brought the pricing discipline. The Village of Babylon brought the first office, and Huntington followed in 2017.
We’re deliberately mid-size: 24 agents, each owning specific towns, each walking them weekly. Big enough to cover Nassau and western Suffolk properly. Small enough that the person who prices your house is the person who answers your call.
Three rules run the place. Walk the block first. The number is the number. Both shores, one standard. Everything else is detail.
That’s us. Tell us about you.
Buying, selling, or just weighing a move: twenty minutes with a local broker, no pitch.
